We aim to teach and develop the practice of competitive Aikido within Wales. 

This is done predominantly through regular coaching  (we have a set syllabus of Aikido techniques and teachings) and also through competition and organisation of events and seminars throughout the year.

Practice is every Wednesday 19:00 - 21:00 at Mitchel Troy Village Hall, Mitchel Troy, Monmouth, NP25 4HZ

For matters of technical instruction, we are affiliated to Shodokan Aikido UK (SAUK). 

For matters of administration, including licencing and insurance, we are affiliated to the national governing body for Aikido in the UK, the British Aikido Board.
